Church Street Commons will be built with a high level of sustainability. Toward that end, its design team is participating in the International Living Future Institute’s 2023-2026 Affordable Housing Cohort. We will join with six other affordable housing projects to learn and plan together, and gain ‘dedicated access to information, resources, technical assistance, and opportunities for peer-to-peer exchange of knowledge around achieving the world’s most ambitious green building standards.’
