Commons CDC is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for contractors to repurpose the historic Rectory building into a two-unit building located at 60 Church Street, Hebron. The project will feature the rehabilitation of this wood-framed structure, which was built in 1860 and needs significant upgrades and repairs to create clean, safe, and affordable housing for its residents.
