Rob Mangiafico, President of Commons CDC, joined a discussion hosted by Open Communities Alliance on May 7, 2025 about how towns can overcome barriers to the development of affordable housing. Infrastructure issues, like access to sewer and water, were discussed. Rob explained how Commons CDC is working to build a community well since access to public water is limited in Hebron. He also stressed the importance of engaging the community and creating partnerships with local leaders and nonprofit organizations.
